Rejoice in the Lord always: and again I say, Rejoice. Philippians 4:4
We must understand that this is a commandment to a Christian, a believer. Rejoice in the Lord always. That means regardless of the day, whether dark or bright, whether it is difficult or easy, whether it brings problems or temptations or clear sailing or cloud nine. We are commanded to rejoice. Paul repeats it in case we missed it the first time. Rejoicing is just that important. There is no power in your life if you have no joy.
